Commission Info

Here I have my Terms of Service and other commission information. This is the most up to date version and the best one to familiarize yourself with before commissioning me! Some examples of my work are below.

CONTENT
I primarily draw humanoid characters and I am adept with simple to complex environments and backgrounds. I am comfortable drawing most animals, anthro characters, and other non-human characters upon discussion.NSFW is also allowed, as long as any characters involved are +18 and so is the client. I will not draw scenes of rape, sexual abuse, etc. I reserve the right to request photo ID proof of age.Gore is also allowed with discussion. I am unable to draw complicated mecha characters/vehicles.PAYMENT
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD, C$).I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-Fi primarily but for clients located in Canada I am willing to accept through Interact E-Transfer.I am willing to discuss payment plans for commissions totaling over C$150 but unless otherwise discussed I require 100% payment up front on PayPal or 50% up front and 50% after all related deliverables are submitted for Interact E-Transfer.Generally my prices sit around as follows:Headshot: C$21.05/C$30/C$50
Half Body: C$30/C$40/C$90
Full Body: C$40/C$55/C$105
Additional Characters + 50%
Backgrounds negotiable from (+ C$21.05) and up
Commercial Use Fee: +100% of totalTIMELINE
Prior to first payment I will discuss with the client about what they would like for the piece and how long I estimate the tracked time would be for it as well as what the projected completion date would be. This stage includes preliminary composition sketches and exchange of any reference photos the client chooses to provide. After this I require the decided payment amount and will start on the project. Turn around time will usually be 4 - 6 weeks depending on the project.ARTIST AND CLIENT RIGHTS
I as the artist retain any rights to use artwork completed for a commission as examples of my artwork unless discussed otherwise.This includes but is not limited to:
- Posting the works as examples when advertising for other clients
- Sending the works to other clients/potential clients through private means of communication, including the work in portfolio submissions, etc.I reserve the right to end any client interaction at any point for any reason. If I cannot give an acceptable reason and payment has processed the Artist Responsible Refund Policy applies.As the client you are free to use the commission piece as you please barring:
- any affiliation with illegal actions
- commercial use without a prior contract being drafted and signed
- for any relation to bigoted words/actions/affiliations.Artist Credit is very appreciated but not required for any paid work.No AI training, NFT involvement, or similar harmful endeavors is permitted for ANY work I provide.REFUND POLICIES
No Fault Refunds:
The commission is 100% refundable until I have completed 25% of the projected work on it. This will be measured through the tracked time feature on Procreate.Say I project the piece to take 20 hours, you can request I stop and refund the money at any point until procreate has tracked 5 hours of work on it. I will notify the client when I reach the 25% completion point in addition to regular progress check ins.If a full refund is requested the client WILL NOT receive or retain any rights to the incomplete artworkArtist Responsible Refunds:
If for whatever reason I am not delivering the piece within 2 weeks past the projected completion date the client involved has the right to request a complete or partial refund based upon the completion status of the piece.The partial refund will be no less than 50% of the amount paid. If I am not able to get past the initial development portion of the commission to the clients satisfaction, the client retains the right to request a full refund.Client Responsible Refunds:
If the client crosses boundaries of respect and professionalism via using harassment, illegal actions, and abusive, bigoted language or otherwise untoward behavior I retain the right to cancel the commission at any point. If the client attempts to scam or swindle me I retain the right to cancel the commission at any point. If the client implies any uses of my work past what is agreed (either through my TOS or individual communications) I retain the right to cancel the commission at any point.If any of these circumstances lead to an incomplete commission, it is at my discretion what will be done with the work(s) I have created up until that point and what will be done with the funds provided, ex. If a partial refund is offered to the client or not.
